Vivid B Range
The B1 is a midsized floor standing speaker that incorp0rates four drivers in a 3.5 way system.
This unit is a three point five way integral mount type loudspeaker both front and rear ported. Featuring Vivid's patented driver technology, unique cast carbon fibre loaded polyester enclosures which have superb rigidity and strength, yet remain mouldable into the beautiful designs that Vivid have created.
Driver configuration is a single D50 mid range taking care of the 900hz to 4Khz, the D26 tweeter taking care of matters from the x/over point right up until 36Khz. Below 900hz the B1 uses two C125 mid bass drivers, one mounted on the front, and one at the rear both coupled internally with screw tensioning for reaction cancelling.
Vivid's B1 are speakers that truly belie its size, delivering prestigious amounts of clean, tight, deep bass. That marries beautifully with rest of the sonic spectrum.
